TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

The types of personal data that Brainwave360 LLC (or through third parties) collects include: general activity data, movement of activity, cookies and User data (username, email address and phone number). Other collected personal data may be described in other sections of this privacy policy or in a specific User agreement. Personal data can be freely provided by the User or collected automatically when using the Brainwave360 LLC software products. Any use of cookies or other tracking tools by Brainwave360 LLC or by owners of third-party services used by Brainwave360 LLC, unless otherwise specified, serves to identify Users, and remember their preferences for the sole purpose of providing the service requested by the User. Failure to provide certain personal information may make it impossible for Brainwave360 LLC to provide its services.

USE AND SHARING PERSONAL DATA

We also collect information that you do not actively provide to us. We store data in an anonymous form, which includes User activity when using our application. These include: the period of use of the application, the device used, and the functions used. The analysis results are available to us in anonymous form without reference to a specific User and serve only for statistical purposes. We do not transfer your data, except for the cases mentioned above. Your personal information is not used by Brainwave360 LLC for marketing and advertising and is not shared with third parties.

DATA ACCESS

Brainwave360 LLC accesses the data read-only as soon as you explicitly allow it (through the system-level permission mechanism). The unique information you choose to send is not used by Brainwave360 LLC for marketing and advertising and is not shared with third parties.

LOCATION SERVICES

If you provide access to the use of these services, we may detect your approximate current location. To achieve this goal can be used: GPS, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth. Brainwave360 LLC does not store or analyze location data for identification.

We use this information to provide location-based services. Location services are used to:

  • obtain authorized contact information about your location as soon as you explicitly provide it;
  • provide you with local search results;
  • provide you with content based on your location;
  • help improve recommendations.

As with most location-enabled apps, we and our third-party partners can access your location when using Brainwave360 LLC apps. You can opt out of using location services through Settings.

FACEBOOK

If you choose to log in to the software products using your Facebook account, we will receive your publicly available profile information from Facebook: username, your Facebook ID, profile photo and your email address. You can analyze information about which Facebook friends are already registered in the Brainwave360 LLC applications, and your registration information will be available to your Facebook friends. By registering with Facebook, your BrainWave Light 360 account will be permanently linked to your Facebook account. For more information on Facebook’s use of data, refer to Facebook’s permission documentation and Facebook’s privacy policy. Please note that your Facebook password is not transferred to us (becomes available) even after registering with our application using your Facebook account.

Basic information

By default, it includes specific user data such as ID, name, image, and their locale. Links to the User’s friends are also available. If the User has provided more data, additional information will be available.

Public Profile

Provides access to the ‘Public Profile’ section of the profile.

Access Friend Lists

Provides access to the User-created friends lists.

E-mail

Provides access to the User’s primary email address.

 

FLURRY ANALYTICS

Brainwave360 LLC uses third party service providers such as Flurry Analytics to generate accurate reports of User data in real time. In this way, Brainwave360 LLC can continue to improve the U

ser experience of Brainwave360 LLC applications. This service collects and submits anonymous, aggregated data, which are anonymized via a secure hashing protocol, to analytics servers. This data includes information on which features are most frequently used. No personally identifiable information is collected.

DATA PROTECTION

We take a number of measures to protect information in the collection, transmission, and storage of the collected data. These measures depend on the sensitivity of the data we collect and store. While we strive to use reasonable security to protect your information in accordance with its sensitivity, we do not guarantee the security of the information you share with us and are not responsible for theft, destruction, loss, or inadvertent disclosure of your information or content. Please keep in mind that no system is 100% secure.

Brainwave360 LLC uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt personal information.

METHODS OF PROCESSING DATA

Brainwave360 LLC properly processes User Data and takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction of data.

The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to Brainwave360 LLC, in some cases, the data may be available to certain responsible persons associated with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal operators, hosting providers, IT- companies, communication agencies) designated as data aggregators by the owner, if necessary. The data is stored for the time required to provide the service requested by the User or to achieve the goals set out in this document. The User can always request that Brainwave360 LLC suspend the collection or delete the collected data.

User data is collected in order to enable the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: processing activity data, access to third-party accounts and analytics. The personal data used for each purpose are set out in specific sections of this document.

LEGAL ACTION

The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by Brainwave360 LLC, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of Brainwave360 LLC or the related services. The User declares to be aware that Brainwave360 LLC may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities.
